2. There is one (1) mode of entry into this competition. Multiple entries are allowed.
FoodWorks Website Entry – how to enter and winner selection process.
3. Entry via the FoodWorks website is open to Victorian, New South Wales or Tasmanian residents over the age of 18 only and must have an Australian residential address. Residents of WA, ACT, NT and SA are excluded from entry.
4. Promotion commences 5.00pm, 26th July (26/07/24) until 11.59pm, 6th August (6/08/24)
5. To enter the draw, an entrant must visit https://www.foodworks.com.au/foodworks-neighbourhood-news/competitions/vote-your-team and complete the online form with their valid contact information including their full name, email address, residential address, and phone number.
6. All entries via the FoodWorks website will go into the draw and five (5) winners will be randomly drawn by AUR the following working day. Winners will be notified within 3 days of the competition closing via phone and/or email.
7. This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.
General Terms
8. Five (5) prizes will be awarded as follows:

9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The winner must take the prize as offered.
10. Australian United Retailers will send the prize by electronic mail unless otherwise stated.
11. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any delay or failure in the delivery of the prize by a third party or for any damage caused to the prize during delivery. The prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize or the set-up costs of the prize, which are the responsibility of the winner.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition, shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
15. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
16. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The winner agrees to use his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. The winner’s name will be published on our website.
