Due to the volume in which FoodWorks buys product, and thanks to the company’s negotiating expertise, our retailers are able to compete with other— often larger—supermarket brands in terms of price and product variation. This means our store owners are rewarded with strong margins and attractive rebates.

About Your Support Team
Each FoodWorks store owner is able to seek help and assistance through the FoodWorks Support Team located at the Support Offices in both Melbourne and Brisbane. Our Support Team is predominantly focused on ensuring the success of our retailers and making sure our customers are offered a real, independent, community-focused choice in the supermarket landscape.
Implementing cost-effective logistics, improving store formats, driving customer footfall and guaranteeing that an extended range of branded and non-branded products are offered at a competitive price, are just some of the tasks our Support Team focuses on daily.
To aid in your success, when you open a FoodWorks store, you will be paired with a dedicated Retail Development partner who will assist you in merchandising, IT and equipment purchases, store maintenance, general business planning and more. Your Retail Development partner will also conduct regular store visits and act as your primary point of contact.
