ASIAN-STYLE KANGAROO MEATBALLS
What’s for dinner? Try this delicious Asian-Style Kangaroo Meatballs, serve with rice and a crunchy salad
for 4 servings
1 pack Kangaroo Meatballs
1 tbs olive oil
Slaw (add your own extra ingredients such as bean sprouts, spring onion, cucumber, herbs)
Cooked steamed rice, to serve
Sesame seeds, to garnish
2 tbs sweet soy sauce (or light soy sauce)
1 tbs oyster sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cornflour
Pre-heat oven to 220°C fan-forced
Place meatballs on a baking tray and drizzle with oil and cook for 12 minutes or until cooked through, turning halfway through. Set aside.
Whisk sauce ingredients together (sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, cornflour) in a small bowl. Add the mixture to a wok or pan and simmer over a low heat for 1 minute or until sauce thickens.
Toss meatballs through the sauce to coat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve meatballs with steamed rice and slaw.
