- Prepare the pancake batter following the instructions on your pancake shaker mix, using the required amount of water. Shake thoroughly until the mix is well combined and smooth.
- Preheat BBQ to medium heat and lightly grease the hotplate with some butter.
- Pour rounds of the pancake batter onto the heated hotplate, aiming for your desired pancake size. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Remove the pancakes and set aside.
- Lay the bacon slices onto the hotplate and cook until crispy and golden brown. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain any excess fat.
- Place hashbrowns onto the hotplate. Cook on each side until crispy and golden. Remove and set aside.
- Crack the eggs onto the hotplate and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
- On plates serve 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of bacon, a hash brown, pancakes with butter and garnish with parsley.
- Serve with toast, coffee and orange juice on the side.

Pancake Shaker Mix (prepared with water as instructed)
8 Eggs
4 slices of Short Cut Rindless Bacon
4 Hash Browns
1 block Salted Butter (cut into portions)
Bread of choice (toasted)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Coffee (prepared using a coffee plunger)
Orange juice (served in a glass)
