INGREDIENTS

for 6 servings
2 Cauliflowers, Cut Into Florets
3 tbs Butter
1/2 Onion, Diced
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
4 tbs All-Purpose Flour
450ml Full Cream Milk
150g Cream Cheese
2 cups Tasty Cheese
4 slices Thick Sliced Bread, Cut Into Small Cubes
Salt
Pepper

Preheat oven to 180°C and boil a large pot of water. Boil the cauliflower for 2 minutes, remove and drain well.

In a large pan, melt butter adding garlic and onion, cook for 2 minutes. Add flour, cooking until brown. Add milk, 1/2 the tasty cheese and cream cheese. Simmer until thickened, stirring regularly.

Add the cauliflower to a large oven dish, seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour the cheese mixture over the cauliflower and stir until all cauliflower florets are covered. Top with the cubed bread and the remaining tasty cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until nicely golden. Enjoy!
