Haloumi Salad with Fennel and Orange
A fresh, mediterranean inspired salad.

- Slice Halloumi into 2cm wide pieces.
- Grill sliced halloumi for 4 minutes on each side.
- While the halloumi is cooking, cut an orange into slices, and stir into a bowl of rocket
- Slice the fennel into thin slices and combine with rocket and oranges.
- Dress with some olive oil and salt and pepper to taste
- Add cooked halloumi and enjoy!

- 180gm Haloumi Cheese
- 2 oranges
- 120g rocket
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
