Tuna Mac 'N Cheese Bake

- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
- Cook the macaroni cheese as per the box.
- Mix in the cheese sauce from the packet. Add diced onions, corn, tuna and milk.
- Season with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs or seasonings.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top. Follow with an even layer of breadcrumbs.
- Bake in oven for 20-25 mins, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve alone or with your choice of steamed vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 boxes Kraft Macaroni & Cheese
- 3 cans (95g) chunk style tuna, drained
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: paprika, garlic powder, or herbs for extra seasoning. Steamed vegetables to serve.
