DUTCH BABY PANCAKE
Saturday morning pancakes with a twist, try this one-pan Dutch Baby Pancake.
for 4 servings
100g plain flour
55g caster sugar
2 tsp finely grated orange rind
Preheat oven to 180C fan forced. Combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar and rind in a blender and blend until combined. Set aside for 15 minutes to rest.
Heat a frying pan over heat. Add the butter and cook until foaming. Remove from heat and pour in the batter. Bake for 18 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Top the pancake with your desired toppings and serve warm.
