FROZEN WHITE CHOCOLATE & STRAWBERRY TERRINE

for 8 to 10 servings
395g can sweetened condensed milk
225g Cadbury white chocolate melts
1/2 cup caster sugar
250g Philadelphia spreadable cream cheese
300ml thickened cream
Strawberries, extra for decoration
Combine the condensed milk and chocolate in a small saucepan and stir over a low heat until melted and combined. Transfer to a mixer bowl and chill in the freezer to 15 minutes.
Puree the strawberries and sugar. Set aside.
Beat the chocolate mixture and Philly with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the cream and beat until thick and creamy. Fold through the strawberry puree then spoon the mixture into a plastic lined 28cmX 13cmX 7cm loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Turn Ice Cream onto a serving platter, Decorate with extra strawberries. serve immediately.
