Crispy Panko Cauliflower Bites with Tzatziki

Method

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, panko crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Roll the cauliflower in the panko mixture until fully coated.
  5. Place the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a round ceramic dish.
  8. Serve immediately with a bowl of tzatziki topped with chopped parsley on the side for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tub Tzatziki for serving

  • Chopped parsley
