Homemade Cheeseburger Sliders with Onion Rings

- Oven bake or air fry the onion rings per the box packaging. Bake until fragrant, golden and crispy. Sprinkle with salt and pepper while still hot.
- Divide the beef mince into eight equal portions and shape them into small patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a grill or pan to medium-high. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
- Lightly butter the slider buns and toast them until golden brown.
- Spread chilli sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
- Place a cheesy beef patty on top along with several onion rings.
- Top the other half of the bun with smoky BBQ sauce and finish assembling.
