INGREDIENTS

for 4 servings
2x 425g Tuna Cans
3 Potatoes
1 Diced Onion
1 Egg
Panko Breadcrumbs
A Splash of Milk
2 tbs Butter
Oil

PREPARATION

Bring large pot of water to boil.

Once boiling, add potatoes and allow to cook until softened.

Mash potatoes with milk and butter.

Add mashed potatoes, tuna, onion and egg to a large bowl.

Combine and portion into patties. Crumb with breadcrumbs.

Refrigerate for minimum 15 minutes.

Fry patties with oil until golden brown.

Serve fresh and crispy with any choice of sauces. Enjoy!
